P.S. 35X is a place of teaching excellence, where your children can feel at home while learning the skills that will help them thrive after their school years are over. As a parent, what more can you ask for?

Services

Individual Attention

The classroom environment at P.S. 35X allows your childs’ educators to give them the time and attention that they need in order to succeed. We differentiate our instruction so all students have what they need to learn.

Rigorous Instruction

With a focus on close reading and the five practices in math, we challenge students to make meaning of their learning and to think in depth about the content.

Life Long Learning

We believe in equipping your children with the skills to be able to learn for the rest of their lives! By instilling in them a method of analytical thinking, we believe they will be able to be independent thinkers and be high performers in their chosen careers.

15th Annual NYC School Survey

We encourage all families and teachers in grades 3K through 12 to complete the NYC SCHOOL SURVEY by June 11th. Share your thoughts on your school experience this year. Tell us what you think about student well-being and engagement, communication from your school, culturally responsive education, how your school has supported you, and teaching and learning. Your school will use your feedback to think about the learning environment and work with all members of the school community to make the school a better place to learn.

NYS Math Exam (Grades 3-8)

The exam will be administered on April 26th and 27th.

4th Grade Science Written Exam
